Return & Exchange Policy

At Golfero Launch Collection, we stand by the quality of our premium golf hats. We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery. If your item is unused, in its original packaging, and free of damage, you’re eligible to return it for a full refund or exchange for another product. Our goal is to ensure you’re completely satisfied with every purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@golfero.com within 15 days of delivery, providing your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a prepaid return label for US customers. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving the item, credited to your original payment method.
