Refund Policy - The Basics 

Effective Date: January 15, 2026

At Golfero, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium golf hats. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy with our straightforward return and exchange process.

Return Window You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information or order confirmation.

 

Eligible Items and Condition Requirements To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original, undamaged packaging

  • With all original tags, labels, and accessories attached

  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear

 

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized, personalized, or monogrammed hats

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such on the product page or at checkout)

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, washing, alteration, or accidents after delivery

  • Gift cards or digital products (if offered in the future)

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at support@golfero.club or log into your account and submit a return request through the order history section. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will review your request and email you instructions, including a return authorization and (for U.S. returns) a prepaid shipping label where applicable.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent safe packaging) and include all tags and accessories.

  4. Ship the package using the provided label or your preferred carrier. Keep your tracking number for reference.

 

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5–7 business days of receipt), we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds cover the full purchase price of the item(s).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged in transit).

  • Allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

Exchanges If you prefer an exchange (different size, color, or style), note your preferred replacement in your return request.

  • We will ship the new item once we receive and inspect the original (subject to availability).

  • If the exchange item costs more than the original, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.

  • Exchange shipping is free for U.S. customers if the original item qualifies under our return policy; otherwise, standard shipping rates apply.

 

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If your hat arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@golfero.club with photos of the issue and your order number.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label (U.S.) or instructions for international customers.

  • Approved claims receive a full refund (including original shipping) or a free replacement, at our discretion.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • U.S. customers: We provide a prepaid return label for most returns, but a $6 restocking/processing fee may apply for non-defective returns (waived if the return is due to our error).

  • International customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and any duties/taxes. We recommend using a trackable service.

 

Warranty Information All Golfero hats come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching failures, material flaws present at purchase). This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper use or care, or cosmetic issues after use. Contact support@golfero.club for warranty claims with photos and proof of purchase.

 

Changes to This Return Policy We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of our website or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
