Shipping Policy - The Basics
At Golfero, we work hard to deliver your premium golf hats quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process orders, our shipping methods, rates, estimated delivery times, and important terms. By placing an order on www.golfero.club, you agree to these terms.
Order Processing Times Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing times may be longer during busy periods such as holidays, major sales, or high demand. If we expect a delay, we will notify you by email. Custom or personalized hats may take additional time to process (this is noted on the relevant product pages).
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the order size, destination, and shipping speed you select. All delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times can vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing – Available to the continental United States – Most economical option with tracking included.

Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing – Available to the continental United States – Faster option with tracking included.

Priority or Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days (or next business day in some areas) after processing – Available to select areas in the continental United States – Premium speed at a higher cost.

International Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days after processing – Available to select countries (check availability at checkout) – Customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility.
We ship to U.S. P.O. Boxes using USPS only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories uses Standard or Expedited options and may take 5–10 business days. For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We are not responsible for customs delays or packages seized by customs authorities.
Shipping Rates and Free Shipping Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, destination, and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 USD within the continental United States. For orders under $75 USD, standard shipping typically starts at $6–$10 USD (the exact amount is shown at checkout). Expedited and priority options cost more. International shipping rates vary by country and are displayed at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even on returned items, except in cases where the return is due to our error (see our Return Policy).
Tracking and Order Updates Once your order ships, we send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also track your package through the order status page in your Golfero account. If you have questions about tracking or delivery, contact us at support@golfero.club with your order number.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages If a package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, contact the carrier first using the tracking information, then reach out to us. For packages that appear lost (not marked delivered after the carrier’s estimated window plus 7 days), we will investigate with the carrier and may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion. If an item arrives damaged, inspect it upon receipt and report any damage within 7 days by emailing support@golfero.club with photos. We will guide you through our Return Policy for a replacement or refund (including return shipping if the damage is due to our error). We are not responsible for delays, losses, or issues caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses you provide, or customs-related problems.
Address Changes and Order Cancellations Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes such as address updates. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change, but success is not assured. Cancellations are only possible before processing begins.
